At VoxCode, we provide a voice-first AI coding experience. Because we offer a **Free Forever** plan for testing and incur significant costs for AI processing, all sales are considered final. This policy outlines our position on refunds and payment handling.

2Subscription & Credit Policy

Free Forever Plan

VoxCode provides a **Free Forever** plan that allows users to experience the platform, use AI models, and explore features without any financial commitment. We strongly encourage all users to utilize the Free plan to ensure VoxCode meets their needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the high computational costs associated with AI models and the availability of our Free plan for testing, all payments for subscriptions and credit add-ons are **non-refundable**. Once a payment is processed, we cannot offer credits or refunds for unused time or balances.

3AI Credits & Usage

The nature of AI computation involves significant immediate costs. Therefore:

  • Credits purchased as "Add-ons" are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
  • Plan credits consumed during usage represent value delivered and cannot be refunded or credited back under any circumstances.
  • Unused credits do not have a cash value, do not roll over (unless specified), and cannot be redeemed for currency.

4European Union & UK Customers

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom are entitled to a "cooling-off" period of 14 days for digital services.

Note: By using the service (generating code or using AI features) immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance and waive your right to a full refund if the service has been substantially used.

5Inquiries & Billing Issues

While all sales are final, we do provide support for billing errors or technical issues:

Include Details

Include your Order ID (from LemonSqueezy) and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

All requests for billing adjustments or errors are reviewed by our team within **3-5 business days**.
